  Angola 50,000 Laying Hens Project Installation Work

  Recently, the installation of the project of 50,000 laying hens we cooperated with Emirais Fazenda in Angola is coming to an end.   Cameroon Layer Cage Is Being Installed

  This project is located in Cameroon, and POUL TECH sent Chinese engineers to Cameroon to guide the installation of equipment. This project uses TechPro series layer cages produced by POUL TECH factory. there are 4 rows and 5 tiers cages, the size of the chicken house is 44m*12m*4.7m, can raise more than 20,000 layers.

  Return Visit After Xinxiang Project Installation

  At the beginning of February this year, a layer project with 100 thousand birds per house, located in Xinxiang City, Henan Province, is well installed. Our technicians went to the project site again on March 26, 2023 to inquire and check the operation of the equipment after installation. The house has its dimension of 95*15*7.5m(Length*Width*Height), with our unique design of super-high H type layer cage system. There are 5 rows of cages, 8-floor cages with a layout of 4+4, which there is a platform in the middle to separate the upper and lower floors into four floors, which is convenient for customers to manage chickens. After commissioning on the spot, each automatic system is proved to be installed properly and operated normally. The feeding system is mainly composed of a feed storage silo, feeding cart, and main feeding line. Since the capacity of 100,000 chickens in a single building is not small, and the daily feed intake of chickens is as much as 12 tons, it will be very tiring to climb up the silo and put feeds into it by manpower alone, so a feed elevator is also provided for customers, to reduce the burden of feeding.   Breeder Project in Licheng City China

  This new breeder cage project is established in Liaocheng city, equipped with 5 rows 6 tiers TechPro breeder cage equipment, this new project will supply hatching eggs to fill the demands of Shandong province. There are 2 breeder houses in the farm, breeder house 102x15x7 meters. The capacity of each breeder house is 52,500 hens and 7,500 cocks. The project is totally raising 105,000 hens and 15,000 cocks for now.   Automatic Feeding System This project is equipped with specially designed automatic feeding system, which is automatic transport and load feed for silos, and easy extended for new breeder houses founded in the future.   Full automatic layer farm project in Angola

This project was officially put into use in 2020. It uses Poul Tech 4 rows and 5 tiers automatic layer cage raising equipment. The length of the chicken house is 105 meters, the width is 12 meters and the height is 4.8 meters. The breeding capacity in a single house is 50,000 birds. The layer house is equipped with cage structure system, made by 275gsm steel sheets with good corrosion resistance which keeps a long service life. With automatic drinking dosing system, there is no need to worry about the health problems of chicken drinking water.   Modern Layer Hen Project in Luoyang City, China

  This project is located in Luoyang City, China. This project was officially put into production in 2018. In 2020, POUL TECH 6 rows and 9 tiers of super high-rise constant temperature layer farming equipment will be adopted. The length of chicken house is 100m, the width is 18m and the height is 9 m. The total farming number is expected to be 600,000 birds. The customers of this project are from low rise equipment (4 tiers) to high rise equipment (8 tiers) and then to super high rise equipment (9 tiers). The future plan is to unlock the 12 tiers of super high rise farming equipment newly developed by POUL TECH. From the beginning, the 4 tiers equipment raised 50,000 chickens to the 8 tiers equipment raised 100,000 chickens, and gradually developed into an intensive farm with 134,000 chickens.
